At Urth, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns on all hardware and accessories. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included components to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Urth account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your drop-off receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the unit.
